Due Dates

The Due column, located in the Upcoming and Overdue Reports grid of the Dashboard, indicates when a particular report is expected by the court. You should keep the following in mind when reviewing your due dates:

  • Inventory reports can be submitted at anytime prior to the due date.

  • A due date does not prevent you from filing an annual report early, but the GTS does not allow any guardian of the person or estate report to be submitted more than 30 days prior.

  • Guardian of the Person and Estate reports can be updated and saved throughout the reporting year. The ability to work ahead of your due date means you don't have to wait until the 30 days before the due date to start the report.
